  • User-Generated Personas and Topics: Any personas or topics you manually create, edit, or approve within the application.

b. Information We Generate and Process:

  • AI-Generated Content: We process and temporarily handle the FAQ content, titles, and metadata generated by the AI based on your inputs.
  • Published Anchor Data: For the purpose of providing interlinking suggestions, we store information about the questions, topics, and published URLs of the content we generate. This data is stored in a secure database.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Provide and Maintain the Service: To generate FAQ content and publish it to your designated platform. This includes using your API Keys to authenticate with third-party services.
  • To Improve the Service: We may analyze usage patterns and generated content to improve our AI prompts, tools, and user experience. All analysis is done in a way that respects user privacy.
  • To Communicate With You: To provide you with updates, support, and administrative messages.

3. Information Storage and Security

a. API Keys and Credentials: Your publishing credentials (API Keys) are handled with care. They are held in the application's client-side state during your session to perform the publishing actions and are not stored in our primary database.

b. Published Anchor Data: Information about published FAQs (questions, URLs, etc., but not your API Keys) is stored in our secure Firebase Firestore database to enable the interlinking feature.

c. Security Measures: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. However, no internet-based service is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party services to provide our core functionality.

  • Google Cloud Vertex AI: We send your brand information, personas, and topics to Google's AI models to generate content. Your use of our Service is subject to your understanding of the data handling practices of these services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your Published Anchor Data as long as it is necessary to provide the interlinking feature and improve the Service. We do not permanently store your API keys in our database.

6. Your Rights

You may have certain rights regarding your information, subject to local data protection laws. If you wish to inquire about or delete the Published Anchor Data associated with your website, please contact us.
