The Service is an application that uses generative artificial intelligence (AI) to automatically create Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) content based on user-provided information, such as a brand name, website URL, and target personas. The Service then publishes this content to a third-party platform (e.g., Ghost) on the user's behalf.
This is a critical component of our Terms.
a. Content is AI-Generated: You acknowledge that all FAQ content, including questions, answers, titles, and metadata ("Generated Content"), is created by a third-party large language model (LLM).
b. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY: AI models can and do make mistakes. They can produce content that is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or offensive. We make no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Generated Content.
c. SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER: You are solely responsible for all Generated Content that is published to your platform. Before publishing, you MUST: * Review and Verify: Carefully review every piece of Generated Content for factual accuracy and appropriateness. * Edit and Correct: Make any necessary corrections, edits, or deletions. * Assume All Risk: You assume all risks associated with publishing the Generated Content, including but not limited to claims of defamation, intellectual property infringement, or misinformation.
d. No Legal or Professional Advice: The Generated Content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, medical, or any other type of professional advice.
To use the Service, you must provide certain information, including but not limited to your brand name, website URL, and API credentials for third-party platforms ("User Credentials"). You represent and warrant that you have the right to provide this information and that it is accurate.
We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or liabilities arising from incorrect or unauthorized User Credentials provided by you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
(a) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (b) ANY GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS THEREIN; (c) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or the Generated Content.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
